Thank you to everyone who joined us for Lindy's first birthday party! It couldn't have been a nicer day or better company. Lindy enjoyed her cake, which was just adorable, and those cupcakes were amazing! Many thanks to all who helped make the day a success - God for keeping us safe, providing beautiful weather and for blessing Matt and I with such a beautiful family; Randy and Dianna for opening their home and providing some darn good food (good burgers dad!); Heidi, Jason, Amanda, Aidan and Matt for bringing the cake from Mishawaka; Julie Goepfich (Amanda's mom) for once again making not only the best tasting cake, but the best decorated one I've ever had the priviledge of eating four pieces of in one day; everyone for the gifts and for sharing in the celebration; Lindy for being such a good baby girl; Laine, Lilli, Louisa and Matheson for being so well behaved all day (you guys make me very proud!); and last and very likely least, myself for making some tasty baked beans and actually getting myself and FIVE children ready for the day and out the door before 7:30am.
