And he'll never be one again! Matheson's birthday party was today. It was a cozy get-together, and I think everyone had a fun time watching the Bubba open presents. I think Matheson ate at least 20 grape tomatoes today! He got lots of great presents - a pair of fire-truck shoes. We were all sitting ready to watch him open up his other presents, but he hopped down and walked around the whole downstairs modeling them off for everyone (they light up!). Then there was a talking vacuum cleaner that we wisely saved to give him last - he loves it! Later he helped Grandpa Randy pump up his new inflatable sleeping bag! I would love to say that he fell asleep in it, but he just couldn't stay awake waiting to watch the Olympic Men's Downhill Skiing tonight.
